I’ M S O H A P P Y Y O U A R E H E R E
I wholeheartedly believe that therapy is for everyone. When I started my personal journey through therapy, I could have never imagined what was waiting for me. I found a space for self-discovery that has allowed me to become truly grounded within myself. Pursing peace and purpose, therapy is still such an important aspect of my life.
I graduated from The University of Kansas and received my Masters Degree from Avila University. With a passion to connect and support those in my community, I have completed trainings in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT), Trauma-Informed Care, Pure OCD, and Ethical Care. I am an active member of the American Counseling Association.
I specialize in working with individuals (aged 18+) who are seeking care for Sexual Trauma, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Women’s Counseling and Anxiety.

Regardless of where you are in your journey, I believe that therapy can be an essential part of growth. Using a supportive and collaborative approach, my mission is to empower each person to achieve their own goals at their own pace. You are the expert in your own life and I will meet you wherever you’re at.
I promise to provide a safe and welcoming environment that will allow you to feel accepted and heard. Like many clinicians, I don’t subscribe to any “one” treatment approach. Instead, I work with each person to find an approach that fits with their individual needs.
Generally, I utilize the following approaches:
Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) - the practice of reframing your thoughts to help change your emotions and behaviors
Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) - specific to trauma, the practice of challenging learned beliefs from the experienced trauma
Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT) - specific to OCD, the practice of identifying the underlying motivator for intrusive thoughts, with the goal of preventing intrusive feedback loops and compulsive behavior
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) - specific to OCD, the practice of processing thoughts, images, and situations through safe exposure and challenging the need to act on compulsive behavior
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) - the practice of accepting your thoughts and emotions, rather than being shamed by them
